SISC-Second Newsletter
In the course of the SISC project team members in Italy, Poland, Germany and Bulgaria surveyed entrepreneurs and HR managers from 60 different companies representing branches from building, production, services and trade. Focus of the enquiry was gathering important information for future development of a mentoring training program (e-learning tool) which encourages younger and elder employees to share knowledge effectively. The key questions to all participants in the poll were: how do managers see their staff members over 55? What are the strengths and potentials for the exchange of know how within the company?
