E. Ri. Fo is the SISC project leading organisation. Its long and effective experience in European projects planning, and management of research and training activities targeted to persons aged over 45, together with the partnership in the previous referring project OVER 55, make ERIFO the most suitable coordinator. Within SISC project, ERIFO will implement the following tasks. Management of the WPs: Management and coordination, Research, Development, Testing; and joint contribution to the other phases. As a partner of the previous referring project OVER 55, ERIFO will assure a real transfer and adaptation of the outputs, and an effective development of newly emerged inputs, leading the partnership to the elaboration of a tool answering to the needs of the target.

The RKW Hessen organizes the project-part in Germany. Its aim is the dissemination of the SISCproject results in German enterprises. Therefore RKW Hessen participates in transnational coordination meetings, organizes and implements 15 national interviews and a testing session with 5 senior workers close to retirement. National dissemination seminars are part of the work. They also coordinate the translation into national language of questionnaires, the User Guide, the contents of the newsletters and the SISC – European good practices in raising seniors intergenerational social capital. Duties are the Contribution, through inputs and suggestions, to the definition of the test’s contents, to the outputs and to the definition of the SISC modules’ contents. RKW Hessen assures the information and communication in the network. They arrange the national reporting, the transportation of results and the organization of national exploitation sessions. They also Lead the Quality and evaluation plan WP.

The IPED organizes the project-part in Poland. Its aim is the exploitation of the SISC project results within Polish enterprises. Therefore IPED participates in transnational coordination meetings, organizes and implements 15 national interviews and a testing session with 5 senior workers close to retirement. National dissemination seminars are part of the work. They also coordinate the translation into national language of questionnaires, the User Guide, the contents of the newsletters and the SISC – European good practices in raising seniors intergenerational social capital. National dissemination seminars are part of the work. They also coordinate the translation into national language of questionnaires, the User Guide, the contents of the newsletters and the SISC – European good practices in raising seniors intergenerational social capital.
