In three years the “over 50” employees will be the largest age group in companies. “How productive are these employees?” ask many human resources directors. In this fourth Newsletter of the EU Project “SISC” (Senior Intergenerational Social Capital) we present you the actual research results and give you our recommendations, based on this research. In addition, we report the status of our e-learning program for future mentors, which is being developed as a part of the SISC project.
